Big Ben can clean everything in your commercial kitchen, including every surface area of your floors, walls and ceilings. If you have taken over a restaurant that isn’t up to standard or if your restaurant just needs a good deep clean, Big Ben can bring back its sparkle.

We use a special high pressure water cleaner that gets right under equipment and benches to give the floor a thorough clean from wall to wall.

Bin compounds. Following requests from a number of our valued clientele, Big Ben Services now offers a bin compound cleaning service. This service is generally offered at the same time we are on site to clean the extraction hoods or conducting a kitchen clean. It is also coordinated at the same time as the bins are removed from the compound and emptied. Big Ben Services will high pressure clean the compound area. This process will be followed by an application of a sanitizing agent.
